2. Data we process and why
- Contact form: name and surname, email address and the content of your message, in order to respond to your enquiry or service request.
- Email, telephone or WhatsApp: the data you provide when contacting us, for the same purpose.
- Clients and suppliers: the data required to provide the contracted services and to invoice them.
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
3. Legal basis
- Enquiries: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Business relationship: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Retention
Enquiry data are kept for as long as necessary to respond. If a business relationship follows, data are kept for its duration and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
5. Recipients
We do not disclose data to third parties unless required by law. Service providers needed to run the website and email (web hosting) have access to the data as data processors. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that channel is also subject to WhatsApp’s terms (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@surveyconsulting.eu or to the postal address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
